What age groups compete?
U13 through U19, boys and girls. One unified level of competition — no artificial tiers or pay-to-play divisions.
How do I join as a club?
Fill out the form above or email us. We'll walk you through the membership process and timeline. No invitation required.
What does it cost?
$500 per team for the full season. Not per player — per team. We publish exactly where every dollar goes in our fee structure document.
Where do we play?
Teams are organized in five geographic pods across MN, ND, SD, NE, MO, IA, and WI. Most regular season travel is under 4 hours.
Is MSL open to any club?
Yes. If you're a registered club doing quality work in the Midwest, you're welcome. No invitation, no connections, no gatekeepers required.
How is MSL governed?
One club, one vote. An elected 7-seat council with staggered terms. Transparent budgets. Every club has equal say regardless of size.
